Process Oriented Bodywork

Each session combines mindful awareness while tracking patterns of experience in the present moment. This work often combines well if you are also working with a psychotherapist, and other creative movement therapies.

All sessions are integrative, creating a safe container for your process. Sessions are supportive of people in transitions of all kinds: trauma survivors, those in recovery, post surgical and those in bereavement.
