The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy* combine non-invasive manual therapy, use of herbs and traditional therapies, integrated with emotional and spiritual support to facilitate healing of many types of male and female reproductive and digestive system issues. My work with clients since 2001 has organically lead me to integrate deep, slow listening of Craniosacral Therapy into my work, as well as seeing the imprints of developmental trauma on the neuroendocrine system and genetic expression as revealed through the Polyvagal Theory and Bonding & Attachment Theory.

As an instructor of ATMAT from 2006-2010, Angela assisted Dr. Arvigo with professional level classes in Belize, and presented “Counter-transference within a Therapeutic Relationship” as it relates to Maya Abdominal Therapy, at the 2007 Maya Abdominal Therapy Convention in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
