Therapeutic Massage

Each therapeutic massage session is unique, combining an eclectic blend of Neuromuscular Therapy, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Aromatherapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Connective Tissue Massage, and Swedish techniques. Techniques are combined to resolve myofacial inertial areas.

All sessions are integrative, providing deeply relaxing, yet efficient, effective, resolution focused outcomes. They are also supportive of people in transitions of all kinds, trauma survivors, those in recovery, and those in bereavement.

If you wish, custom essential oils blends may be used, based on my own research, to balance energy centers of the body. The result of this aromatic, audio and tactile experience is a calmer, clearer, more open and joy-full state of being. This work supports your ability to foster grace for life’s journey.

1. 1.5 and 2 hour sessions available.

Thank you for your healing listening, therapeutic space, and healing touch. You are truly and healer, and one I will recommend.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Your work has helped me recover from two substantial injuries and I know I would not be where I am today without your assistance, expertise and comprehensive approach to healing and wellbeing. I have received numerous benefits from our sessions and I’m so grateful to be pain-free and physically active again. WHAT A BLESSING! And on another level, your work is assisting me in releasing old cellular trauma / memories. I know of very few practitioners with the skill-set to affect healing on that level. “Thank you” doesn’t even begin to capture my never-ending gratitude…..”
